ClearOne (News - Alert), a provider of audio conferencing products, has announced the availability of the Converge Pro 880T, which is a new addition to the Converge Pro platform of professional audio solutions for conferencing applications.   The new 880T includes a built-in telephone interface and power amplifier, and is considered to be a complete standalone audio conferencing system. Company officials explained that it can also be linked with any of the other Converge Pro products to create larger systems to accommodate a greater number of conferencing participants.   The 880T, and all Converge Pro products, includes HDConference technology with ultra-wide bandwidth acoustic echo cancellation.   "The addition of the 880T to the Converge Pro product line is a great way to give our customers increased options and flexibility in the selection and configuration of their conferencing systems, thereby optimizing the overall system value," said Scott Woolley, product marketing director of Professional Audio at ClearOne, in a press statement.   He also claimed that with Converge Pro 880T, the company has delivered a comprehensive set of proven features along with the newest technologies that have been asked for by the audiovisual industry.   Recently, the company also introduced Converge SR 1212, a digital audio processor and matrix mixer developed for the audio market. The Converge SR 1212 is a sound reinforcement product designed for audio applications in auditoriums, conference and meeting rooms, courtrooms, stadiums, arenas, hotel and convention centers, and houses of worship.
