The announcement underlines VBrick's commitment to expanding European, Middle Eastern, and African operations, and enhancing support for its channel partners and customers internationally.

Mr. Phillips brings more than 20 years of experience developing successful channel sales and key account programs for digital video and communications providers including ViewCast Corporation, Polyspan Teleconferencing, and PictureTel. At VBrick, Mr. Phillips will be responsible for expanding channel partnerships and directing VBrick's European-based engineering staff.

At PictureTel, Mr. Phillips managed several Pan-European major accounts and the IBM channel relationship while achieving exponential sales growth for the videoconferencing provider.
