Organising Your Conference Call

To help you plan & organise your conference, try the following :

  • E-Mail all participants to inform them of the time and date of your conference, making sure to adjust accordingly for different time zones.
  • Include the relevant dial in numbers and the conference code.
  • Perhaps also write a brief agenda for the conference, and include that in your e-mail.
